From help at home to getting out in the community, our support workers are matched to you and your goals. We explain what your plan can cover, set up your service agreement, and check in regularly.
Daily personal care
Help with personal care, provided with dignity and at a pace that suits you, including:
- Bathing and showering
- Toileting
- Eating and mealtimes
- Dressing
- Supervision
Household tasks
Domestic assistance to keep your home clean, safe and comfortable, including:
- Home cleaning
- Cooking
- Lawn and yard maintenance
Our experienced support workers attend your home and complete the tasks you need with thoroughness and professionalism.
Daily living and life skills
Training and development to help you live as independently as possible, including support to:
- Use a computer
- Pay bills
- Budget
- Travel and use public transport on your own
We work directly with you to build the skills you need to reach your life goals.
Social, recreational and community participation
It's important to get out and have some fun. We support individual and group or centre-based activities that help you meet your plan goals, such as:
- Personal development, like visiting the library or a museum
- Hobbies such as painting, drawing, sewing, music and puzzles
- Companionship to support your mental health
- Joining social groups
- Recreation, like the cinema, sport and swimming
- Community events
Travel and transport
We provide transport when you can't use other forms of transport, so you can get to appointments, work, activities and events. We also have access to specialised vehicles to meet a wide range of needs.
Support coordination
We help you coordinate your services by liaising with providers and setting up the supports you need, so you can make the most of your plan.

Plan management
We manage your NDIS funds so you get the most out of your plan. Invoices from your providers are received and paid on your behalf, and your budget is tracked for you.
